1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be in unopened, unused, and resellable condition.
  • Due to the nature of our products (food), we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used items for health and safety reasons.
  • Return process takes 5 to 7 working days.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shudhiflourmill@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund.If your return is approved then the amount will be credited within 5 to 7 business days

3. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to exchange the product or offer a refund based on your preference .Exchange process takes 5 to 7 working days.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at shudhiflourmill@gmail.com with photos of the damaged items. We will provide you with a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.Replacement need to be made within 48 hours after the order is delivered.The amount will be credited into the bank account within 2 days. 

 

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
